Terms & conditions
These terms govern all distance-selling contracts between Northern Pixel ApS and you as a customer of the Survivor webshop.
1. The seller

2. Order and conclusion of contract
Product pages are an invitation to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. Before you pay you see the full description, total price, shipping cost and delivery time, and you must actively accept these terms.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping is €4.90 and free on orders over €75. Payment is taken at checkout by card or the wallet methods shown at payment; card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
4. Delivery
Orders ship from EU warehouse and normally arrive within 5-8 working days inside the European Union. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed over.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. See shipping, returns & right of withdrawal for how to do it and which goods are excluded.
6. Guarantee and defects
Goods are covered by the two-year statutory conformity guarantee under Directive (EU) 2019/771. If an item is defective you may claim repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Report defects within a reasonable time after you discover them; we cover the return shipping for justified complaints.
7. Complaints and dispute resolution
Write to support@survivor-gear.eu and we will answer within 2 working days. If we cannot agree, you may bring the case to your national consumer complaints board or use the EU consumer redress platform.
8. Liability and applicable law
Outdoor and survival equipment must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions; we are not liable for damage caused by misuse. The contract is governed by the law of our place of establishment, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection of your own country of residence.
