Shipping, returns & right of withdrawal

Delivery

• Dispatch from EU warehouse, delivery in 5-8 working days.
• Shipping €4.90 flat, free on orders over €75.
• We deliver throughout the European Union. All prices include VAT.
• You receive tracking details by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us within that period using the orders & returns form (order number and email are enough) or by emailing support@survivor-gear.eu. You then have another 14 days to send the item back.

• Return goods complete, with accessories and in resellable condition.
• You may inspect and test an item as you would in a shop; heavier use can reduce the refund.
• You pay the cost of returning the goods unless the item was faulty or wrong.
• Sealed hygiene items, opened water filters used with water, and food or medical consumables whose seal is broken cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price and standard delivery cost with the same payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice — at the latest once the goods or proof of return reach us.

Faulty goods & two-year guarantee

Every item carries the statutory two-year conformity guarantee. If something is defective, contact us with the order number and photos; we arrange repair, replacement or a refund and pay the return shipping for justified complaints.
